Ms. Wright

Ms. Wright is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with over 13 years of experience helping her clients live their best lives. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and worked as a Medical Laboratory Technologist for 10 years specializing in Hematology and Immunohematology. She then went on to obtain her masters in mental health counseling at Walden University and graduated in 2013.

Ms. Wright has had much success working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression and mood disorders. She prides herself on tailoring each individual’s treatment to their specific environment, personality attributes, mental health goals and available support system. Ms. Wright supports and celebrates human individuality and uniqueness. She helps her clients to improve their functioning with an array of coping skills she pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution focused therapy. Ms. Wright provides support for her clients to include family and spouse when and if needed. She conducts individual, family and marriage counseling. She treats preteens, teens, adults and seniors.
